Mmmmm, one of our most beloved substances. Have one bite and it’s sweetness draws you in for more, loosening your inhibitions and leaving you intoxicated with an all but brief sugar high. Then, within a few minutes after that rush you wonder to yourself, “Why did I just do that?”
Though it’s one of our most beloved substances that we ingest, if eaten in excess it could result in a whole assortment of problems down the road. The big question really is, what is excessive? Or to put it another way, and we’ve heard this many a time, “everything in moderation” is ok. What’s the definition of moderation?
